Aural Endeavors, LLC will not be responsible for accidents involving Cylinder Traps beyond our control or through acts of "God". In the case of mounting Cylinder Traps, it is the sole responsiblity of the user to ensure that these devices are mounted in such a way that there is no chance of them falling, potentially striking a person. Even though Cylinder Traps are relatively light compared to other acoustic devices, this shouldn't be taken for granted and every precaution should be made to ensure a device much heavier than the Cylinder Trap would not fall in any normal circumstance as well.

When utilizing mounting devices, ensure that the weight requirements are well beyond the weight of the Cylinder Trap it's holding. Also ensure that mounting instructions are followed exactly. Aural Endeavors, LLC is not responsible for faulty mounting equipment, or the faulty installation of such equipment.
